Dear Mr. Martin:
This office has received your mark-up set of engineering drawings. The corrections
have been made and our comments to questions are answered below:
1. The engineering drawings have been corrected to reflect the same location as
the architectural sheets.
2. The screening wall has been designed by a professional engineer who is an
owner of this company and who is the head of our structural department. His
name is Joe Craddock and his license number is 37113.
3. All easements on this project are for surface (drainage and street access) ease-
ments and underground utility (T.U. Electric, telephone and cable T.V.). Coppell
I.S.D. will provide a Hold Harmless Agreement to the City.
4. This drainage easement along this property line is being abandoned by separate
instrument. This information is being coordinated with the City of Coppell Plan-
ning Department.
5. We have added the future drive access on Sheet 2.1 as you have requested.
This information, as well as the 30-foot right-of-way, is shown on the final plat
sheet.
6. We have revised detail 1/2.4 to reflect the City of Coppell's standard of #3 bars
on 18-inch centers longitudinally and 24-inch centers transversely on sidewalks
within the City right-of-way.
7. The City of Coppell City Council granted a variance from 6" concrete to 5" con-
crete at parking areas. This was granted on June 8, 1993.

8. The civil engineer has revised this Iow spot in the roof drain line to provide proper
flow.
9. We have revised detail 12,/2.4 to reflect the seven-foot height to the bottom of the
stop sign.
