Meeting with Dr. David Stanfield,-4-20-87
I met with Dr. Stanfteld this date and he raised questions about the
!. A traffic study was filed during the platting process. Will this
traffic study satisfy the signal study requirements?
The school district has been required to build a road to the high
school site and would like to have assurances that Univest will pay
their pro-rata share. Have we instituted necessary procedures to
collect the pro-rata of the street for ultimate reimbursement to
the CISD.
CISD is questioning the propriety of the City collecting certain
impact fees such as those for parks. I agree that we should review
the impact fees and the propriety of their application to the CISD.
Please undertake this review with appropriate staff members and
other authorities. CISD has requested authorization to file their
plat and to settle the fees when the impact fee study is complete
and settled. Since we have opportunity to withhold the building
permit to insure payment of these fees, notation to this affect may
be made in the file and to the Chief Building Official.
