Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are attaching the 95% design review comments from TxDOT and this office concerning
CMAQ Project 10. We previously requested you provide your comments to this office by
December 13. 1999. However, in view of the holiday season and the early return of
comments from TxDOT, we have sent the consolidated comments to the desinger. See our
attached letter. To allow this project design to proceed, we request you submit your
comments in the next few days. The attached comments are provided to you to assist in your
review. If you have no comments, a letter signifying such will be appreciated.

of Coppell, pertaining to Project 10. A copy of this letter and the comments will be E-mailed to
you today. Attached, you will find a hard copy of the review comments.
Enter your responses on the electronic copy and return an electronic and a signed hard copy
to this office no later than December 16, 1999. If you feel that some review comments need
further discussion, notify this office immediately upon receipt. After all comments have been
resolved and dispositioned, preparation of the 100% plans can be initiated.
