Attached, please find the 95% design submittal and estimates for CMAQ Project 10 submitted
by USA Professional Services Group, Inc. Electronic copies of the review comment forms
have been previously provided, for your use.
There is a 22-day review cycle. To assure that all comments can be coordinated through this
office, for submittal to the designer, electronic review comments must be returned to this
office no later than December 13, 1999. The designer will be given one week to formulate
their responses to the comments. Once all comments are dispositioned, the designer will
prepare the 100% submittal.
