Pre-Final Right-of-way Review Comments For Project 10
Dear Mr. Young:
The PM/E has received right-of-way comments for the pre-final right-of-way submittal pertaining
to Project 10. TxDOT has provided markups of the drawings, exhibits and legal descriptions. A
copy of this letter and comments will be e-mailed to you today. Attached, you will find a hard
copy of the CMAQ Project 10 right-of-way comments and mark-ups of the right-of-way
documents.
Disposition these comments, by indicating an action and response for each comment. Enter
your responses on the electronic copy and return a hard and electronic copy to this office no
later than September 27, 1999. If you feel that some review comments need further discussion,
notify this office immediately upon receipt. After all comments have been resolved and
dispositioned, preparation of the final right-of-way plans can be initiated.
