Thank you for your letter of April 21, 2000. If you would like to request that the City
reconstruct the sign, please notify me and I will place this item on the Council agenda. I
will not recommend the replacement of the sign at S hadow Ridge Estates at this time, or
anytime in the future.
I am sorry that you have found this aggravating, but the City is not in the business of
maintaining homeowner association monuments or subdivision monument signs on
behalf of associations or resident groups.
Once again, please advise if you would like this to appear on the Council agenda.
