Drawings utilized: Contract Documents
Locations/item inspected: Roof level, area A, B, & C. Metal roof deck spot
welds. Reinspection of #2622-3, dated 06-22-93.
Discrepancies/Comments:
Reinspection of report #2622-3, dated 06-22-93:
Item #lb - Deck not welded on 6" centers at center supports.
Center supports now properly welded on 6" centers. Side lap
screws have been installed.
Inspection on 07-14-93:
Numerous end laps not fused to supports. We were requested to
reinspect these end lap spot welds on 07-21-93.
Inspection on 07-21-93:
After this inspection it was noted that the erector still had
not properly welded the end laps. We were requested to perform
our next reinspection on 07-23-93.
Deck now properly welded. _
