Dear Mr. Earle=
A final inspection of the above reference project has been
confirmed by the City of Coppell. Paving and utilities has been
verified and are in compliance with the City of Coppell's
standard requirements. As-built drawings and the one-year
maintenance bonds have been received from the utility and paving
contractor. A 36-month maintenance bond has also been received
from Centex Real Estate Corporation for the installation of the
30" R.C.P. located at Bethel School Road and the alley
intersection. (Ref. letter of proposal 2-7-1990)
