Letter: Michael Walsh Shadow Ridge Homeowners

The Shadow Ridge Homeowners Association is proposing a beautification
for the entry into their subdivision along Plantation Drive.
The Association 'is seeking permission to close off the inside lanes
roadway in order to remove some stumps and existing willow trees in
plant Bradford Pears, Live OaXs, and Red Oaks on Saturday, June ~.
The work to be performed Would be supervised by Bruce Birdsong, a ~
professional landscaper. The equipment and labor for remo~_~ug
planting the new trees would be residents of the subdivisior~ ~t~ ~.he
of a city backhoe and operator if possible as requested.
Bruce and myself have met on two occasions to discusg this and put
proposal form here. We discussed the irrigation system to whic;~. ~.~e
be planted ~nongst and no rerouting is necessary.
Mr. Walsh indicates in this letter that hold harmies~ ,~'tatem~.n~s
City and Association will be executed by each ~orPer ~ .£Dr to their
work.

I have spoken with Judi Biggerstaff regarding 'chi

for logging them in the volunteer files.
I recommend the Project be approved and =ha~C the Parks and Streets .9.i~: %'.ic,~s
work on removal of the stumps and traffic' control.
