Dear Richard:
This is a follow-up to a letter written to the City of'CeppeI] by
Shadow Ridge Beautification Chairman Bruce Birdsong dated March
I990. The officers and members of the Shadow R~dge Estates ltcl~,e
Association are requesting Permission to proceed with a pl~,n ~,~)' ~ e I:'~

Below, I've listed information .regarding some of the quest:lea~ ¥od

Purpose: The purpose of this project is to b.eautify the entrJn('e
adding high quality trees to replace the 3 or ~ dead large oak
