Replacement of Brick Planter
Shadow Ridge Estates
Dear Steve:
We have given further consideration to replacing the brick
planter at Bethel School and Denton Tap. In our opinion, it is
not possible to replace the planter in the existing right-of-way
as it would conflict with the Subdivision Ordinance for site
distances at the intersection.
We believe the original planter was placed for promotional
purposes and was not intended to be a permanent installation
after the Denton Tap Road improvements.
It is our recommendation that you advise Ms. Jean-Marie
Bellington that it is not possible to replace the planter unless
additional right-of-way is obtained.
