Dear Ms. Bellington:
It was nice to have had the opportunity to speak with you by phone
regarding Shadow Ridge Estates landscape/streetscape and bridge
light amenities.
Staff has been working with Steve Stolte, who is Land Dev. Project
Manager for CenTex, representing Fox & Jacobs, in an attempt to
repair and separate the water and electrical service at the
intersection of Plantation and Bethel School.
I have been informed by staff that the project is near completion
and everything should be finished within the next 10 to 15 working
days.
