Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mr. Diano, Pursuant to our conversation, Centex agrees to the following terms regarding the median and parkway landscaping at the intersection of Bethel School Road and Plantation Drive: Centex will pay for the complete separation of water and electrical utilities for both the median and parkways so that the median water and electrical utilities installation will be provided in the median itself. Centex will pay for the complete separation of electrical utilities for the culvert crossing from the parkway utility connection. Each parkway landscaping feature will be come the responsibility of future residents of which these facilities are located upon and Centex will be responsible for the maintaining of such facilities until the sale of the property. 4 o The City of Coppell will be responsible for the maintenance of the median and culvert street lights. This separation of water and electrical utilities will take place before a certificate of occupancy is issued on any of the twelve lots provided TU Electric and installed all transformers and landhold, necessary for this separation.
