Shadowridge P1-3-CS 891017Mr. Russel~Do~e ~~~ City of C~ppell 255 Par~ay Blvd. 9 ~p.~,y, T~a~ Russell,S 7501 Pursuant to our past conversation, Centex would like to dedicate an additional five feet of alley R.O.W. adjacent to the southern boundary of the fifteen feet alley as it parallels Shadow Ridge Estates Phase I, just west of Plantation. The reasons for giving this R.O.W. is 1) to keep from having G.T.E. or S.W.B. from relocating its telephone line, 2) provide slope protectioning for the existing fence, 3) having plenty of depth in current lots. Should this request be granted, Centex will provide the necessary legal instrument for this additional five feet, sod the slope embankment with bermuda grass and change the current ten feet concrete alley location to be seven and one half feet south of the existing fence instead of two and one half feet. I have checked with the other public utilities and they have no problem with making the alley twenty feet instead of fifteen feet. I appreciate your approving this request so that we can complete Shadow Ridge, Phase 4 construction and begin building homes. If you have any questions, please give me a call.
