Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have reviewed the construction plans for the above referenced
project for conformance to City standards and offer the following
comments.
The visibility triangle, Bethel School Road at Plantation,
should be 25'x25' not 22'x22' as shown, to match
opposite corner.
Harris Drive street dedicaticn should have Volume, Page
numbers completed. Approval block for P&Z commission and
Mayor should have correct date provided.
Construction of Bethel School Road, escrow of monies, or
escrow agreement needs to be addressed.
Note on Sheet 3, "top of water line shall be no higher than
595.00" needs to be clarified (see drawings).
5. Minimum cover over water lines should be 36".
On drainage plan, time of concentration should be 10
minutes, runoff coefficient ~bould be 0.45, "I" should be
11.6 in./hr, and calculation of "Q" would change.
There is approximately 80 c.f.s, coming from west (Kaye
Street area), which affects southwest portion of this
project, that need~ to b~ addressed.
The plan sheet depicting the alley geometrics (Sht. 5 of 8)
needs to be in compliance with City standards. Width of
alley tie to existing street should be 12'. Widening of
alley pavement from i0' to 12' should occur on both sides of
curve in alley.

Sheet 5 of 8, Alley transition section: show existing
sanitary sewer lines; show proposed manhole #1; show
flowlines of culverts; show proposed Bethel School Road
paving; verify storm sewer size of 18" RCP; show alley
widths in compliance with standards; show thickness and
widths of flumes and concrete slopes at culvert.
