Main, Suite 206 Lewisville, Texas 75067 Dear Steve, Please put in writing to me the information discussed in our June 13, 1989 telephone call regarding the relocation of existing utility services and assurance that maintenance of the entry features located at Plantation Drive and Bethel School Road are to be by the two homeowners upon whose lots these are found. In assuring the maintenance, a deed restriction on the Final Plat for Shadow Ridge Estates Phase 4 and Replat of Lot 33 should be listed. Please provide these through your submittals for Development Review. The relocation of utility services, as offered by you should be in writing and state at the expense of CenTex/Fox & Jacobs as you have previously indicated would occur. This request is to have these items in a permanent file for reference purposes. Please forward under separate cover to our office at 732 Deforest Road.
