The City of Coppell is in receipt of the as-built drawings
and the maintenance bond associated with the above referenced
project.
Considering the conversation and subsequent agreement.between
yourself and the former Public Works Inspector and having
had the Street Superintendent review the area, it appears
the acceptance can be given at this time with the stipulation
that the grading will be addressed to the satisfaction of
the city as stipulated in your May 10, 1989 letter. At anytime
during the course of construction staff feels that ,the intent
of the May 10th letter is not being performed by the home
building entity, the Building Inspections Department can cease
all inspections and subsequent building permits until such
time that all concerns have been satisfactorily addressed.
Your submittal of building plans to the Building Inspections
Department for review and permitting will be considerd as
acknowledgment and agreement of the stipulations above.
