REQUEST: Approval of a preliminary plat with variances.

SUMMARY:
Shadow Ridge Estates, Third Increment, preliminary plat, is being
submitted along with the zoning change request for PD-107. The
issue regarding the R.O.W. width will be further addressed during
the time of the final plat.
ALTERNATIVES:
1. Approve the plat with variances.
2. Approve the plat and deny the variance(s).
3. Deny the plat.
