RE: Lakeside ELementary at the Corner of
MacArthur Blvd. and Village Parkway
Dear Mr. Griffin,
Coppell I.S.D. and L.C. Estates, Ltd. have come to an
agreement on the corrective actions which need to take
place on the school site in order to alleviate the
drainage problems along the common property line between
the two projects. L.C. Estates, Ltd. will issue a check
in the amount of $3,600.00 for the additional work and
material needed to accomplish this task. This work will
be done in accordance with the revised grading plan
dated 2/22/93 (copy attached). This plan indicates
positive drainage away from the school building with
surface drainage to the new drive located just north of
the school's north property line. Both parties' civil
engineers have reviewed the plan and are in agreement
with this drainage proposal. Coppell I.S.D.'s general
contractor will be doing this additional work along with
their final sitework/grading work for the school
project.
Coppell I.S.D. appreciates the cooperation extended
between both parties to resolve this issue on drainage.
