has agreed to pay the Coppell Independent Scl~l District ("CISD") $3.600.00 for the hardship the
development of our site has caused the CISD. In return for this payment nay client is requesting
that the CISD write a letter to Mr. Ken Griffen. City Engineer. City of Coppell releasing i..C. Estales
Ltd. and the Lakewood development from any further obligations related to the above referenced
scl~x)l site.
Please let me know when the release letter is ready s(~ that I can deliver the check and pick up
the letter.
