approved subject to the following conditions:
i A copy of the signed plat should be provided with The plans.
2 The detail on Sheet SD-16 for ;" or smaller meter should be
crossed out.
'3 On the details on Sheet SD-i8 , the detector check valves
should be crossed out.
You should provide five revised sheets of Sheet SD-!6, SD-18 and the final
plat with signatures. In addition to the above comments, prior to the
start of construction, a preconstruction meeting should be set up with
Larry Davis, the Engineering Inspector, to go over any items to be
constructed in the easements or public right-of-ways. Also, the
development fees should be paid and the traffic study, as previously
submitted, should be approved by the City.
