Whispering Hills & Plantation Repair
I have received price quotes for the two locations referenced
above (attached). The price of the two together does not vary
the cost since the repair on Plantation does not include curbing.
The total for Whispering Hills is $16,031.91 which includes fill,
compaction and 6% hydrated lime. The total for Plantation is
$10,390.77 which includes the same. Not included in either quote,
which together total $26,422.68, is the bond, soil testing, and
concrete testing.
For a temporary repair by a contractor, based on 5" average
thickness of asphalt, I have estimated the cost not to exceed
$8,600.00. I will be receiving an official quote tomorrow morning
from Dallas County Asphalt, Inc..
