Dear Sir:
Tile City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has
the°following co~ents to offer:
i) Notice the comments concerning the requirements for crosswalks,
pedestrian signals and school zone flashers.
2) The drive confi§uration shown on Sheet 2.1R should be revised
to reflect what was faxed to City Hall on March 16, 1992. This
change should be made on all sheets on which this drive appears.
3) On Sheet 2.4 your sidewalk details shows the sidewalk adjacent
to the back of curb. Please be advised that the sidewalk
should be placed one foot off the property line.
The wrong double-check assembly detail is shown in the plans.
Please use the detail provided. Also, notice the changes on
the water meter detail.
Meter devices and detector double-check should be purchased
from the City.
6} The core, where the water piping should be, should be sealed
with link belt seal.
7) The double-check backflow preventers should be moved as noted.
8) A detail of the driveway approaches shoul'd be provided.
9} Notice the comments in the details concerning the double-check
assemblies.
Please notice that bcth sets of plans have comments on them. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised plans plus both check sets
should be returned to the City.
