The drainage easement for the proposed storm drain needs to be a minimum of 20'wide. 2. The proposed driveway and fire lane on the east side of the development should be labeled as a mutual ac.c~s easement. This would allow the property east of the proposed development to have access to the proposed median opening. 3. The proposed eastern driveway radius cannot extend beyond the eastern property line unless a letter of permission is provided from the adjacent property owner.
