AFTER P&Z
1. Provide a drainage easement for the proposed storm drain.
2. Belt Line Road will be widened as a county project in the near future. Verify that the
median opening will be permitted at this location. Also, either show existing roadway or
label as future roadway or both.
3. All paving will need to meet requirements of City Subdivision Ordinance.
4. Show adjacent driveways along Belt Line Road. The winirnum driveway spacing along a
30 mph facility is 90' and for a :50 mph it is 200'.
5. Show zoning of adjacent properties.
