Indicate on the plans, the location of fire lane. Contact Travis Crump, Fire Marshal, regarding the radius requirements for fire lane. 2. Provide a detail on how the concrete drive will connect to the asphalt street. 3. The 8' wide brick paver band should be located 1' inside the property line. 4. Show the location of the high point ofthe driveway. 5. Provide a note regarding the striping of parking spaces. 6. The proposed driveway must be constructed on 6" lime stabilized subgrade. 7. Provide drainage calculations and drainage area map for proposed 18" RCP under driveway. 8. Provide flowline elevation for the opening ofexisting drop inlet located on the east side. 9. Provide the proposed slope and flowline elevation for proposed 10' curb inlet. 10. Provide profile of both storm sewer systems showing hydraulic grade lines. 11. The proposed fire hydrant location must be approved by Travis Crump, Fire Marshal. 12. Provide documents for proposed 20'x20' water easement. 13. The proposed 6" sanitary sewer connection to the existing 10" sanitary sewer line will require a 4' diameter manhole. 14. Indicate on plans the approximate location of proposed sanitary sewer service. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans.
