Sandy Lake Road, approx/mately 1,100 feet west of S. Denton Tap Road, subject to several conditiom as outlined in the attached letter dated April 12, 2000. Condition #3 stated that a replat submission would be required prior to the issuance ora building permit. Since that time, Mark Paine ofG & A Con-,~dtn.t~ has provided the city with a copy of the Replat of Tract 2 of Shadydale Acres. This replat was approved by the City of Coppell and was record_ed in Dallas County on July 22, 1981 (Volume 81141, Page 3480). Site Plan. to allow the development of a 4,342 square foot office building on a .5 acre tract of property located along the north side of W. Sandy Lake Road. approximately 1,100' west of N. Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City. Council on Tuesday, April 1 l, 2000, subject to the following conditions: l) The applicant owes $10,300 to the Coppell Reforestation Fund. 2) A tree removal permit must be executed prior to the removal of any protected trees on site.
