Max Hennison- 249 Whispering Hills (Alley Problem)
Per, per our conversation today, as I described to you what Mr. Hennison had
described to me as a problem in the alleyway behind 249 Whispering Hills, please
address this problem in terms of inspecting this area and follow up with a report
and recommendation to a solution. Mr. Hennison has described this area as
a real problem growing algae and retaining water to a depth where mosquito
breeding is possible. He also indicated to the secretary that there were possibly
chemicals in the water, for whatever reason, I'm not aware, that was killing
his grass.
Please respond back to me in memorandum form with your report by June 23
at noon. Thank you.
