Re: Prorata Reimbursement Agreement with Gra'Son Land, Inc.
Shadowridge Sections I & II
Dear Mr. Powell:
We have had these items, copies attached, under consideration for some time.
After careful consideration, we recommend that Gra-Son Land, Inc. be protected
with a prorata ordinance for future reimbursement as adjacent properties
develop. The following street and utility improvements for consideration are:
1. The portion of Bethel School Road from Denton Tap to the new bridge.
2. Half the portion of Plantation Road from Coppell Road to Shadowridge
Section II.
Be
For the water and sewer facilities constructed in Plantation Road from
Coppell Road to Shadowridge Section II and in Bethel School Road for
Shadowridge Section I.
This information and the attached copies of pertinent correspondence should
be filed so that as these adjacent tracts to Shadowridge come in for platting,
they can be made aware of prorata assessments due on the above items.

We respectfully request that the City of Ooppell execute a water,
sanitary se~er, and paving pro-rata re~mu-~me~t agreemmt providing
for ~Ar repayment of a portioa of Plantation l~oad in the ~ioned
~___~tioa. The property that we are request~ reimb~a~emant frcm is
that property (as sho~n ~ the attached plat) adJammt to and south of
Flantatiom Boad aud east of Omppell Itmad.
As you are aware, this installatioa is adjacent to an undeveloped tract
which will obviously benefit from this installation.
Additic~ally, I h~ve previously ~;~_~,~tted requests for pro-rata-
agreemmts c~ impr~vements in the Shadowrid~ ~1 Addition. (copies
attached) Will you please let me kno~ the status of these?
If the above mets with your appax~G please let me know and ! will
provide any cost information that might be necessary.
