RE: Shadowridge, Phase I, Project
Dear Mr. Daniels:
It has just recently been brought to my attention that there is a problem, which
you are aware of, existing on Whispering Hills in the Shadowridge, Phase I Project.
An on site inspection of the problem and an evaluation of the test reports supplied
to me by our consulting engineer has supported the conclusion that there is a failure
in compaction over the 8 inch water main which runs behind east back of the curb,
and this is the cause of the crack now existing.
It is also understood that the project maintenance bond will expire the 28th of
this month and that this should be considered a formal notification that actions
must be taken to rectify the mentioned problem Is). Your prompt attention to
this matter is requested.
