Dear Mr. Goram:
In regard to your inquiry about the land balancing of the
above referenced project, my comments are as follows:
1. No dirt was removed from the site in the northwest corner.
Excess dirt from the site was placed in the general area,
thus classifying a fill.
The concrete batch plant location warrants a possibility
of excess sand and crushed stone on the top layer, thus
classifying this as a slight fill also.
Water in the borrow ditch parallel to the site does not
drain adequately according to the elevation shots
submitted by the developer.
In summary, the area in question had a slight fill, not a
cut. If additional information is needed, please do not
hesitate to call.
