RE: Lee Elementary School Addition
Dear Steve:
This office inadvertently failed to submit engineering drawing to your office for the above men-
tioned project. Plans were submitted and have been approved by building inspections. The
utility work involved is minor as this is an addition to the existing building. Plans are to provide
a new sanitary sewer lateral from the new addition to the existing manhole at the northeast cor-
ner of the site. This will be a private line, with no easement. Both parking lot additions are six
inch thick concrete in lime stabilized sub-base.
This project is currently under construction and I would greatly appreciate it if you could find the
time to review this project as soon as possible. Again, I realize this was an error on my office's
part, but would be grateful for any help you can give us.
