Dear Mr. Dixon:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been
confirmed by representatives of Ginn, Inc. and the City of
Coppe11.
The utility and paving requirements are in compliance with
standard requirements and are acceptable to the City of
Coppe11. As of this date, permits can be issued to start
construction of home building within the limits of this
phase. As-built drawings and one-year maintenance bonds have
been received from both contractors. Maturity of the bonds
will be one year from the date of this letter. Also,
commitments to the streetscape-landscape plan should be
addressed shortly hereafter.
