Thi~ letter will. confir~ that the City Co~ncil, in its reeler ~tin~
Nov~r 13, 1990, approved th~ pr~limina~ plat r~st for
L~e Addition at the re.est of F~d Lion. In conJ~ction with the
approval of such plat, the City Co~cil also approved the prelimina~
desi~ of a drainage ~d s~itary sewer extensi~ pl~ which extends
across the Lee El~ta~ school site north of t~ Food Lion site, ~ing
the drainage ~d utility pl~ referred to as the 'D~dey PI~' In your
letter of Nov~r 2, 1990. Pursuant to this approval, the City will
permit const~ction of drainage facilities as indicated on the Dowdey
Pi~, subject to City review ~d approval of the final en~ineerin~ plus
for those facilities. Further, this letter shall confi~ that the fo~ of
the pro~sed ease~ts for t~ D~ey PI~ facilities, which were
tr~smitted with your Noven~r 2nd letter, is accept~le.
U~n approval of the final ~gineering desi~ of the ~ey PI~, delive~
of the eas~nts from the school district, ~d coapli~ce with other
applicable City ordin~ces, the City shall gr~t to Allen Pro~rty
Cor~ration, or its agents, the right to enter u~n the eas~nts ~d
~rfo~ the work descried in the Dowdey PI~.
