The purpose of platting this parcel is to create a legal building site, and to expand the existing facility. TRANSPORTATION: Southwestern Boulevard is presently a two-lane, asphalt roadway. This road is scheduled for improvements, at the time of development of the portion of Park West Commerce Center, which will front on Southwestern Boulevard.
