Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019 Re: Pinkerton Elementary School Final Plat Dear Ms. Daneshmand: We have reviewed the above referenced plat for general conformance to the City of Coppell ordinances and standards. The following sets forth our comments. 1. Are there any improvements being proposed? If so, they should be indicated. 2. Provide building "footprint", area and parking designations. Show building set back lines. 3. Show easement, if any. Show utility access and fire lane easements. 4. Is Coppell Road now called Southwestern Blvd.? Does the 60' ROW agree with the proposed Park West Commerce Center project? 5. No construction plans have been provided. 6. Provide vicinity map on plat. 7. Has preliminary plat been approved? 8. Indicate surrounding "zoning" of adjoining properties. Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections to the final plat as submitted.
