RE: Follow-up Walk Through for Coppell Elementary #5

A follow-up walk through was conducted on this project this
afternoon and the following items remain deficient.
1. Manhole near school should be cleaned out and grout
inside of ring.
2. Manhole in east end needs regrouting around ring and
center manhole stack and cleanout culvert.
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected and
maintenance bonds and as built plans are received prior to final
acceptance of this project.
