completed as follows:
1) Paint ML Blue caps

2) Hydrant by vaults bound leaking
3) MLV - North reset stack and pad
4) MLV - South reset stack and pad
5) M.H. by school reset ring c/o bottom grout
6) M.H. in back regrout c/o bottom & line
7) Grade around Fire Vault needs to be properly set to prevent extrusion
from ground or vault needs to be lowered
8) Clean and patch concrete paving in drives and parking area
9) Repair damaged sidewalk
10] Seal saw joints
11) Complete all saw joints
12) Provide maintenance bond
13) Provide "As-Built" plans
14) Clean and grade channel next to Coppell Road to drain
15) Seal asphalt to concrete
16) Compact around headwalls
17) Random crack in south drive apron (ear)
18) Seal headwall to drive
19) Delineators to distinguish between drive and headwall.
20) Establish ditch and erosion control along Coppell Road
