We propose to furnish all materials, labor, tools and equipment to complete the following work:
Job & Location: Repair section of Whispering Hills St., approx. 1/2 Mile south
of Sandy Lake Road.
Description:
1. Saw cut each end and break up.
2. Excavate concrete and dispose of off jobsite im a legal
manner.
3. Add fill to bring to grade.
4.' Install 6% Hydrated Lime 6" deep(based on 27 pounds per S.Y.).
5. ~Fine grade and install #3 bar reinforcing steel on 18" centers each way and support with plastic chairs.
6. Pour and broom finish 6" thick 3000 PSI concrete.
7. Curb to be Monolithic with paving.
Puil forms, backfill and sweep to leave Jobsite neat and clean.

8. It .is a~reed that Buyer will give Seller a minimum of ten days ,mice before Seller is required

9. The decision,~ of Seller's I:nginecr shall be final as to thc proper time to.place base and sur-
face materials to secure be~t qualily of work. Sl~ould Buyer desire to overrule thc decision of
~ller's Engineer as to ~imc. lhcn Buyer agrees to so notify thc Seller in writing, in which
event the guarantee referred m in Number 2 above shall bc null and void.
lO. ~ Any permit~ required .~hall bc obtained by Hu.vcr at n~ cost to Seller.
! 1. Buyer agrees to make no Charge-backs to Seller for any alleged damages to Buyer's property
or equipment, unless the Seller is notified by Buyer of such alleged damage within 3 days of
its o~currence. ~, ~.~
12. Quantities shown will be verified upon complelion of work and unit .prices will apply.
13. in the event Buyer requests cancellation of Ibis a~reement and it is alreeab!e with Seller,
Buyer will pay Seller five percent (5~0) of the total amount of this a~r~ement to cover co,ts
of estimating and organization of the work. This payment to be in addition to any payments
due for work performed before cancellation.
14. Ali commitments for performance by Seller are subject to availability of materials throulh
our regular commercial sources.
