Attached are two (2) sets of revised drawings as you requested along with your original
marked-up review set.
The following notes are in reference to the comments on each sheet.
SHEET 1.1
The project name is located on the right side of the cover sheet in the title block.
The developer (as in this case, Owner) is Coppell I.S.D., also listed in the right
side border. The Architect/Engineer identification is located in the lower right
hand corner of the cover sheet. The location map and sheet index are both lo-
cated at the top center of the cover sheet and space has been left at the top cen-
ter of the cover sheet for the City's Development Review Committee stamp.
SHEET 2.1
Refer to revised sheet for corrected items.
SHEET 2.3
A legend is not required for this sheet as this sheet is a horizontal control plan.
This sheet only locates drives, parking lots and building locations with dimen-
sions. All curves are indicated by the radiuses indicated with a capital "R."
SHEET 2.4
The headwalls and/or end treatments are noted to be as shown on Coppell City
Standard Details (Sheet SD-14).
We are maintaining a drainage ditch at all times. No improvements for the exist-
ing ditch are planned at this time.
Offsite drainage is unknown due to the lack of slope on adjacent properties. We
received a copy of the drainage area map from the original Shadow Ridge
development and complied with it.
Due to the completion of all engineering, we will be unable to separate grading
from drainage area map but will try in the future.

SHEET 2.5
The legend for the concrete paving is found in the small box on the right side of
the sheet. The erosion control requirements are noted and found on Sheet 2.4.
The benchmark is on Sheet 2.4 which is the grading plan. The curve data is
found on Sheet 2.3 as stated above.
SHEET 2.6
A legend is not required for this sheet as this sheet indicates locations for site
signage. The erosion control requirements are found on Sheet 2.4.
SHEET 8.0
Refer to revised sheet for corrected items.
SHEET 9.0
Refer to revised sheet for corrected items.
The marked-up items have been corrected and are resubmitted on the two sets at-
