Kil~ase, Fire Chief RE: A Slice of Ice After consideration of the Special Use Permit, for "A Slice of Ice" the city Council suggested that the applicants, Jeff and Lee Anne Burk, enter into a contract with the City for the Burk's to operate a snow cone stand out of the concession stand at Andrew Brown Park. I spoke with the Burk's about the contract suggestion immediately after Council action of the Special Use Permit. I informed the Burk's that if they were interested in pursuing the contract suggestion that they should contact the Park Foreman, Richard Diano. Mrs. Burk indicated she was not at all interested in the contract suggestion.
