Contractor was able to pass all mandrill test, except the 6" sanitary line '~".
Contractor was not able to force the mandrill in through the 6" ~i~e located
in the existing manhole of 0 + 00 line "m" mandrill sto~ed at about 2' - 0 into the
line. A visual inspection of the pi~e showed no obstructions. Contractor was
advised special attention would be payed to tb~ air tests of this line. Mandrill _
could not be entered into the line at the east end due to the clean out bend.
An inspection of tb~ 48" storm pipe line "B" was made. Contractor was a~tvised
to remove all debris and repair one broken spikot on the south wall approximately
1/3 East of West End. Contractor expressed concern about joints in radius along
north wall line "B". A visual inspection showed no probl~. _
