Dear Mr. Landes:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
The proposed domestic service should not be tapped off the proposed 6" fire line. A
separate tap should be made off the waterline in Stratford Lane.
The proposed fence shown on sheet 3 will need to be permitted from Building Inspections.
Show the changes to the water plan as indicated on sheet 4.
Please address the following comment regarding the proposed ITT Flygt lift station:
a. Is there any way to decrease the length of the schedule 80 P¥C force main?
b. What type of air filtration system will be used? The City has a,.concem with possible
odor problems.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these msrked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
