RE: Shadow Ridge Estates 4th Increment / 30" RCP
Dear Mr. LaHue:
I am responding to your letter dated March 7, 1990, regarding the settlement of
the 30" RCP located under the alley paving section next to Bethel School Road.
The estimated cost of $2500.00 for removing, replacing the paving section and
placing the 30" RCP to plan grade is in order.
At the date of this letter, a field inspection indicates no further settlement
has taken place in or around the 30" RCP.
Your request to submit an extended maintenance bond for a period of 36 months
would be in order. It .is recommended the rehabilitation procedures submitted
by you in your letter dated February 7, 1990, be followed at this time.
