Dear Mr. Doyle,
I have discussed your letter dated Feb. 21, 1990 with Centex Real Estate and they intend
to purse the extended maintenance bond option offered in your letter. Shown below are
estimated cost for removing and replacing concrete alley pavement, removing and replacing
concrete flume and headwall, excavating existing 30" RCP, installing 30" RCP on grade
and mechanically tamping backfill material. These figures are provided for assistance in
determining the maintenance bond amount.
Remove 240 sq. ft. of concrete .......... $ 300.00
Replace 240 sq. ft. of concrete .......... $1000.00
Remove and replace 30" RCP
