We would like to call attention to the following items listed in Ginn Inc. letter of review dated August 8, 1989. O~i~) The 22' x 22J visibility triangle was calculated as outlined the City Subdivision Ordinance, and has been approved by P&Z and the City Council. 6~2~).~ We have tried to obtain the volume and page from city records each step of the review process with no results. We do not feel the runoff from this drainage area affects Shadow Ridge - 4th Inc. ~%{.-]~',~,. * The 18" RCP shown @ alley is adequate for existing conditions. /~W'N~ ', * The suggested Hot Mix Asphalt transition would be such a small ~%~quantity, that it will be cheaper to install concrete. Also HMAC t//~ cannot be used for flume or Rip-Rap. Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc. The owner of this project wants to proceed with construction as soon as possible.
