Dear Mr. dela Cruz
Enclosed please find corrected construction plans per comments
made by Ginn Inc. and Public Works. We would like to call
attention to the following items listed in Ginn Inc. letter of
review dated August 8, 1989.
O~i~) The 22' x 22J visibility triangle was calculated as outlined
the City Subdivision Ordinance, and has been approved by P&Z
and the City Council.
6~2~).~ We have tried to obtain the volume and page from city records
each step of the review process with no results. We suggest it
be deleted.
~'^/t~'/~U~-~P~ 3.) The runoff coming from the west of Kaye Street is picked-up
~ by the existing low point inlet constructed with the improvements
~~'~ tO KayO Street' This design and cOnstructiOn was dOne by Others~m~O~
and as-built plans should be on file at the city.

~' ~ The flow requested for the area east of Denton Tap Rd. seems to
~"~ be beyond the limits of this project. We do not feel the runoff
from this drainage area affects Shadow Ridge - 4th Inc.

/~W'N~ ', * The suggested Hot Mix Asphalt transition would be such a small
~%~quantity, that it will be cheaper to install concrete. Also HMAC
t//~ cannot be used for flume or Rip-Rap.

The owner of this project wants to proceed with construction as
soon as possible. We have enclosed ~ sets of plans for acceptance
by City Engineer. Please notify our office or Mr. Steve Stolte
