Dear Taryon:
We have reviewed the above referenced project and offer the
following comments.
We have no comments regarding the Zoning Request or preliminary
plans.
Regarding the Preliminary Plat, the Sub-Division Ordinance
requires a 25'x25' visibility triangle for dedication, the
applicant shows approximately 22 feet. Either a variance request
or revision to the exhibit is required.
