Preliminary
I have reviewed the preliminary plat and the letter from Steve Stolte
(dated February 15th) and wish to make the following comments:
As to my review of the water and sewer plans, I find them acceptable.
I have read in the letter from Steve St01te that he will be
requesting a variance on the sanitary sewer cleanout shown in the
proposed alley. I have no problem accepting a 250 ft. distance
between the cleanout and the manhole if Council wishes to grant
this variance.
