Northeast corner of Coppell Road and Plantation Drive.

SUMMARY:
Applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary
plat, which would allow for the development of nine
(9) sinGle-family lots, and a variance for the spacing
between the end of line cleanout and manhole on the
sanitary sewer line to be 250 feet. (Subdivision
Ordinance requires distances to be no Greater that 200

Approve the final plat with variance to allow
the spacing between the end of line cleanout and
manhole on the sanitary sewer line to be 250 feet.
Deny the preliminary plat.

I have attached the twenty-four (24) revised preliminary plats
for Shadow Ridge - Fourth Increment as you requested. Please
incorporate these into your ongoing development review process.
The only variance requested for this submission is as follows:
That the spacing between the end of line cleanout
and manhole on the sanitary sewer line be 250 feet.
We will be submitting our Final Plat application and associated
materials for the December 21, 1988 DRC round.
