tract of land as conveyed to William and Pat Boorhem recorded in
volume 83065, Page 2949 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas
and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point of intersection of the south line of
Kingsridge Drive (a 50 foot right-of-way) with the west line of
Denton Tap Road (a 100 foot right-of-way); Thence S. 00'58'32" E.,
79.43 feet along the said west line of Denton Tap Road to a point
for corner, said point b~ing the most easterly southeast corner of
Huntington Ridge, an addftion to the City of Coppell as recorded in
Volume 93093, Page 1513 of the Deed Records of Dallas County,
